New Telephone System
We will be going live with our new telephone system on Tuesday 23rd April 2024. Please bear with us during this period. We will be working hard to ensure that any disruption to patients is kept to a minimum.
Like all new systems there are likely to be some initial teething problems but once these have been addressed we hope that patients will see benefits from this change.
The new telephone system is being implemented as part of an NHS national project (the GP Access Recovery Plan) to upgrade all GP surgeries to a digital telephone system.
