Non GMS (Private) Travel Vaccination
If you are planning to travel and need some advice, please collect a Travel Form from Reception which you will need to complete and return. One of our practice nurses will then use the information you have provided to determine whether or vaccinations are recommended. Please note that you will need to allow 14 days between returning your completed form and contacting us for advice. Please ensure you return the form to us at least 10 weeks prior to your departure date in order to allow sufficient time to complete any vaccinations which may be required.
Some of the vaccinations listed below will not incur a charge if they are recommended for your travel destination.* If they are not recommended, but you still wish to have them, the prices listed below will apply.
Vaccination charges are made up of two parts: 1) administering the vaccine; 2) the vaccine itself.
