Patient Reference Group

Thank you to all those patients who have signed up to our Patient Reference Group to date.

The idea of the Patient Reference Group is to ensure that we have a channel of communication with our patients whom we can consult with on an as and when basis regarding the range and quality of the services we are providing.

It is our intention that the group will communicate generally via email, although those without access to a PC will not be excluded from joining the group, and alternative arrangements for those patients will be made as necessary.

We hope that the group will be as representative as possible of our practice population.

If you are interested in joining, please fill in our registration form which can be completed and handed in at reception or returned to me electronically

I hope that you will decide to join and look forward to hearing from you.
