How to Make an Appointment

blue_calendar_2011In order to provide patients with flexibility and ease of access to a GP we offer a range of appointments which include both pre-bookable (up to two weeks in advance) and on the day appointments.  For additional convenience, evening appointments are available on alternate Mondays and Tuesdays.

We shall always try to provide you an appointment with the GP of your choice, but if this is not possible we shall offer you an appointment with another member of the GP team.

Any patient calling with a medical condition requiring urgent attention will always be offered an appointment for that day.

GP and Practice Nurse consultations are normally by appointment only which can be made in the following ways –

In person – please come to our reception desk during surgery opening hours

Telephone – 01487 830340 during surgery opening hours

Online – GP appointments and blood tests can be booked via our online system which is available 24 hours a day.  You will need to specifically register for this service.  Please contact a member of our reception team who will provide you with your personal log in details.

If you should find that you are no longer able to attend an appointment please cancel it so that it can be offered to another patient.
