Appointments with a doctor

We offer our patients a range of on the day and pre-bookable appointments.

Please call our reception team on 01487 830340 to book a convenient appointment.

Home Visits

If it is not possible for you to attend the surgery because of your medical problem, please request a visit by telephoning the surgery before 10.30am.

Results

At the time of your test, you will be given a computer generated number. When you telephone (01487 831587 Mon, Tue, Thurs & Fri 2.00 - 5.00pm) for your results, please have your card ready and be prepared to quote the number on the card.

Computers

The practice is committed to computerisation and is registered under Data Protection Legislation. No information will be released to a third party without your consent.

Disabled Access

The whole of the public section of the surgery is accessible for wheelchairs.

Repeat Medication

You will be given a repeat prescription card if you are to be kept on a medicine. Please look after the card, follow the instructions on it carefully and, when necessary, return it to the surgery for the next prescription. Email requests are accepted. We need clear instructions for items already recorded on your repeat prescription card. Click here to email the Dispensary for a repeat prescription. Please remember that it will take two working days to process your request.
